Terms & Conditions :-

• Any OK registered ID can take Ok Health Studio.
• After document verification, he/ she is required to transfer a payment of Rs.50,000/- in company’s Bank account (Bank Details - HDFC Bank A/c No. : 50200023516220 IFSC Code: HDFC0000176).
• After all document verification and payment confirmation , an Ok Health Studio Code will be generated and login ID and password will be shared on registered mobile number.
• There is no distance limit between two Ok Health Studios.
• Ok Health Studio will get company products on 3% DP discount and also on first invoice Ok health studio will get Argi Fuel worth Rs. 4500/- MRP Absolutely Free.
• Normal courier delivery available for Ok Health Studio on order of 10,000/ or above from the company authorized warehouses.
• For the order below Rs. 10,000/-, he/ she can get the billing done from nearest Ok Hub/ Ok Smart and collect products by hand.

Return Policy & Conditions

• Ok Health Studio can return / exchange the products within 30 days of invoice date.
• No request for return/ exchange of products shall be entertained after 30 days of invoice date.
• Wallet amount is neither refundable nor transferable.

Rules of conduct

• Ok health studio has to follow under mention instructions given by the company. In case of violation of below instructions, Strict action will be taken and also in case of non adherence it can lead to termination.
• If the Ok Health Studio refuses to give products to distributors or put any condition which is not authorized by company.
• If the Ok Health Studio entices other PUC or a Direct Seller to join his group.
• If the Ok Health Studio does not give bill to Direct Seller.
• If the Ok Health Studio promotes any other MLM company products.
• If the Ok Health Studio misbehaves with the Direct Sellers.
• If Ok Health Studio is generating any hand written bill/Invoice and not billing in the panel.
• If the Ok Health Studio gives offers which is not authorized by the company.

• I, _____________________________ Direct Seller with Ok Lifecare Pvt Ltd Direct Seller ID _____________ have placed an order sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only)
• I request the company to approve this order of Rs.50,000/- inorder to avoid my business loss due to the shortage of products. There is a clear requirement for the products and I have ready customers awaiting to buy them from me. I would like to herewith indemnify M/s. Ok Lifecare Pvt Ltd. I am aware that I will not be eligible to claim refund of money as per (Customer Satisfaction Policy) for the products I have purchased under Ok Health Studio.
• I understand that Ok Lifecare Products are premium Wellness Products- NOT Drugs/Medicines and hence they are NOT intended to treat, Prevent, Cure or diagnose any disease.
