Annexure ‘D’ Arrangements for registering consumer complaints
The company has its well organized “Customer care Cell” headed by a courteous, gentle, helping and cooperative team of competent official headed by a customer Care Executive. The “Customer care Cell” is operated through Mobile Phones, E.Mails and its Web-site. There are separate officials dealing with complaints, enquiries and suggestions.
The “Customer Care Cell” is also supervised and guided by a Consumer Grievance Redressal Committee” as mentioned in para 7 of the “Declaration by Direct Entites/Companies.
